As a B2B finance platform, we collect information from you and from third parties to allow us to perform our agreement with you, and we may also need this information to carry out due diligence on you for financial risk, fraud risk and anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing purposes. Credit reference and fraud prevention agencies

Where we store your personal data

The data that we collect from you may be transferred to and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Retention of Data

Any hard copy documents containing your personal data will be destroyed securely using a third-party service provider once the document is no longer needed in hard copy.
